Imagine a world where you lost memories. Lost your identity, and had to relearn everything from scratch. What would you do?
About six years, I experienced an even that changed my life. I was left with an acquired brain injury and absolutely no memories of my life, or anything. I had to relearn everything from scratch.
The worst part, I had no memories of my family or myself. The good thing, I got to experience things like meeting my family, eating popcorn, and going to the movies for the first time, all over again. And so my journey began…
One moment at a time.
I started living my life moment by moment and taking photos to remind myself of the moments I shared, because I couldn’t remember past the moments.

Though I am surrounded by people who love me, I felt very much alone. So I created this site in hopes I might find others who have had similar experiences and want to share their stories. If you have a story, share it with me by clicking here. Your information will always be kept private and confidential.
You can share your story in whatever way feels right to you; poetry, prose, storytelling, highlights, whatever feels natural and good – in the moment.
